Chrissie Gallagher-Mundy CHRISSIE GALLAGHER-MUNDY IS THE OWNER of The London Academy of Personal Fitness established in 1989! The top group of London personal trainers who train celebrities, royalty and top business men and women all over London

She writes on all aspects of health an fitness and motivates trainers and clients alike, to get fit. She provides encouragement and ideas for her close team of top personal trainers so that they stay focused and informed for their clients.

Chrissie has a BA(Hons) in Dance & Movement Studies is a Level 3 (REPS) Fitness professional. Her background is in Gymnastics and she was County Gymnastic Champion in 1974. She then trained and performed as a dancer, acrobat and trapeze artist in England and abroad. She has also studied Yoga.

Chrissie also lectures on Nutrition, health and fitness at various colleges in London and runs the Fitness Instructor Level 2 courses for newly qualifying trainers.

She has presented fitness slots for radio, conferences and on 'Live T.V.'

Chrissie is also a successful author.
She has contributed to magazines including: Best, Bella, Woman, Baby, Our Baby, GQ Active and has been Prima's fitness columnist for a year. She had contributed to the Readers Digest 'Your body' series and and the current health and fitness pamphletts for World Cancer Research Fund She has published more than 13 health books (see Amazon.co.uk for complete list) her latest being:15 minute Yoga(Harper Collins 2006) and her work has been translated into Afrikaans, French, Finnish, German, Hungarian, Indonesian, Japanese, Russian and Spanish.

Chrissie continues to be at the forefront of the fitness scene and is currently studying for a MSc in Exercise for Health.
